Fifteen years. My job is to help customers get what they expect from our products, managing relationships with them from A to Z.
A luxury brand born in Italy, but with an international vocation. A company that never stops asking questions, developing new ideas, questioning the canons of the luxury furniture sector.
Clients and numbers. One is the emotional connection, the other is the logical, pragmatic association. Our products are outstanding, to be that way requires rigor and attention; attention to the customer needs and the service required, rigor in how we achieve it from the numbers. We are here to develop a long lasting relationship.
It’s people who make the difference. Our craftsmen are special, and you can tell by the way they approach their work. It is a huge added value for the finished product.
There is a saying that “practice makes perfect”. So I guess I’ll keep practicing!
