Intentionally choose to treat everything as if it were a custom project

What is your role, and how long have you been working with Arketipo?
Twenty years. Our products are breaking new ground and challenging the conventions of interior design, and my job is to create a platform—both internal and external—for this revolution.
It’s a company that never stops evolving, yet at the same time, it’s not afraid to embrace what makes it unique. We’re one big family. Working with people who approach their jobs with passion every day means never stopping learning and growing. It’s the beating heart of our business.
Designing products that stand out and tell their own story through colors and materials. I never tire of learning and figuring out why a certain blend of yarns works better than another. We have the freedom to choose any color combinations we want: how could I not be obsessed with the immense potential that this offers?
Products don’t make themselves, and to make them special, it’s essential that everyone involved understands the limitations we face as a company and as a family. This book is another way to show our team the effort and dedication we all put into shaping our identity.
By working hard without ever losing focus and having confidence in our own work and that of our colleagues. To discover what we’re capable of—and just how far we can push our creative limits—we must experiment. And experimenting means being open to new ideas. What is innovation? It’s an idea. It’s the foundation of what we care about and what we desire with all our might. It’s design that moves forward, yet somehow feels familiar to us. Innovation means research and patience. It means reinterpreting something we already had in different ways, finding sources of inspiration everywhere, and making them our own.
