Mistakes, humility, and a lot of hard work: that's how you create an excellent product
What is your role, and how long have you been working with Arketipo?
I’ve been working with Lorenzo’s family business for thirty years now. I consider him a friend, and I believe the feeling is mutual. I specialize in custom leather finishes and exclusive products. Whenever there’s a particularly complex leather item to be made, I take care of it.
What does Arketipo mean to you?
It’s a family of hardworking people who have a genuine passion for beautiful, well-made products. A company that celebrates the work of down-to-earth, enthusiastic people like me and knows that there are still many customers willing to spend a little extra to own products made with love—products built to last.
What is the obsession that inspires your work?
I don’t have one in particular. I prefer to keep a clear head. I do what I enjoy and put as much passion into it as I can.
How can you tell if a product is excellent?
An excellent product is the result of mistakes, humility, and pride. And a lot of hard work, too.
How does one achieve perfection?
I don’t know. You’re asking the wrong person! The only perfect thing I know of is love.
