Leather A Wax Finish

Aniline leathers are synonymous with superior quality and value because they are selected from the finest raw hides. Aniline leather is also called natural leather because it is the most natural of all leathers. Since it does not have an opaque finish, it brings out the unique characteristics of the leather, highlighting its natural grain and imperfections, which become a distinctive note that makes the product even more prestigious. An unavoidable characteristic of aniline-dyed leather is the variation in color from one supply to another and, in some cases, even between the leathers used for the same sofa. During normal use of the sofa, the leather becomes shinier in places where it is rubbed the most. For normal cleaning, dust with a soft, dry cloth. Do not use abrasive or harsh products.

note aggiuntive

Aniline leathers are of the best available quality as they are selected among hides of first choice. Aniline leathers are the most natural leathers as no finishing is applied on the surface to hide imperfections, so that they retain the hide's natural grain. The imperfections are not a fault but a characteristic of this kind of leather. Colour variances in leathers supplied at different times, and also within the same leather hide are not imperfections but evidence (or consequence) of aniline leather. With the normal use of the sofa the leather becomes burnished in those areas subject to more friction. Dust with a soft and dry cloth for the normal cleaning. Never use abrasive or aggressive products like solvents, stain removers.
