“Materials give design its style.”
The pursuit of perfection lasts a lifetime. Some achieve it on an ordinary day; others while making a sandwich. But does perfection really exist? Perfection is subjective; it’s a state of mind. As an idea, it is not tangible, but it can open up endless opportunities. And what is the origin of the perfect product if not this: the opportunity to experience a moment of perfection.
Creating the perfect product is a major undertaking. If it were a sporting competition, it would be like the Giro d’Italia—but without a clear winner, because the true value of the race lies in the elements and moments that define it—the many fleeting frames of that gripping film that is the quest for the perfect product.
Moments. Moments punctuate the creative process. In part, they make it possible; in part, they are a step toward achieving perfection. Our concepts thrive on moments. Brilliant minds such as those of Giuseppe Viganò, Mauro Lipparini, and Adriano Piazzesi have been instrumental in crystallizing each of these moments into their creative visions, which have embodied the Arketipo method for countless years.
The task is far from complete. It is an ongoing process, A quest that our engineers pursue day after day. A technical drawing, a 3D model, a prototype—many prototypes—all tested simultaneously… It is then, and only then, that we realize we are still halfway there. We test, we explore, and we put our knowledge to good use. We ask ourselves: Is this possible? Is this really the perfect product?
From the CEO to our employees, our entire family knows that this is the right path to the perfect product.
