Consistency and focus. In our work, we work with natural raw materials that vary in texture, color, and tactile feel—differences that, though subtle, can completely alter the final result. We shape experiences, and to do so entirely by hand, as we do, requires care and a near-obsessive attention to detail. We must maintain the highest standards across multiple fronts to bring these products to life. Not a day goes by that I don’t ask myself: What can I do to improve the process?
