Launching the Heritage Reimagined project, Arketipo re-editions the Spring armchair, a 1970’s masterpiece designed by Adriano Piazzesi, an artist with a free and multidisciplinary vision. The fully cantilevered seat is suspended on a sinuous, chrome-plated tubular sleigh base that emphasizes its extraordinary lightness and avant-garde aesthetic. The generous, cylindrical padded frame defines the armrests and backrest, softening the geometry with smooth and welcoming curves, while the cushions — embellished with a refined quilted buttons — complete the seat in a perfect balance of comfort and modularity. An icon of powerful and geometric design, now reinterpreted to enhance the brand’s historical memory as a living force that feeds contemporary research.
