The undersigned, Arketipo s.r.l., in its capacity as Data Controller, hereby informs the Data Subject that Legislative Decree 196/2003 (Personal Data Protection Code) and the subsequent amendments made by European Regulation 679/2016 is aimed at protecting data relating to natural persons. In accordance with the provisions of the aforementioned Code and the regulations in force on the subject, the processing of information concerning you will be based on the principles of correctness, lawfulness and transparency and will protect your confidentiality and your rights.
How we process your personal data:
When you create an account for Arketipo’s services or fill in the contact form we ask you for some personal information such as your first name, last name, e-mail address. We need this information to provide you with a personalised experience of our services.
If you subscribe to the newsletter the only information we will ask you for is your e-mail address.
We process your personal data only for the purposes listed in this privacy policy and for purposes related to the services we offer to you.

Arketipo.com takes appropriate precautions to prevent unauthorised access to and misuse of your personal data. We wish to keep our database up-to-date and regularly delete obsolete and redundant personal data. Therefore, pursuant to Article 13 of Legislative Decree 196/2003 and the subsequent amendments made by EU Regulation 2016/679 in Articles 13 and 14, we inform you as follows:

The data you provide will be processed for purposes responding to contractual requirements and the consequent fulfilments arising therefrom, as well as for the effective management of relations. In particular for:

2) Processing modalities
The processing of the data you provide will be carried out with the aid of computerised means and/or paper supports in such a way as to guarantee integrity, security and confidentiality as provided for in Annex B « Technical Specifications » and Articles 31-36 of Legislative Decree 196/2003, in compliance with Article 11 of the same Code.
3) Provision of data
The provision of data for the purposes referred to in point 1) is compulsory for the fulfilment of legal and/or contractual obligations. Any refusal to provide such data will result in the impossibility of following up on requests and therefore the failure to execute the contract and/or the failure to continue the relationship.
4) Communication and dissemination
Without prejudice to communications made in performance of legal obligations, the data provided may be communicated to third parties (affiliated companies or third party companies) that perform specific tasks on behalf of the writer.

7) Rights of the Interested Parties
You may always contact the Data Controller (Arketipo s.r.l., the undersigned) in order to assert your rights as set out in Article 7 of Legislative Decree 196/2003, as set out below:

1. The interested party has the right to obtain confirmation of the existence or otherwise of personal data concerning him/her, even if not yet recorded, and its communication in intelligible form.
2. The data subject shall have the right to obtain indication of
(a) the origin of the personal data
b) the purposes and methods of t
